Product Description
Heavy Tungsten Alloy Balls play an important role in weapon manufacturing because of its high density, high strength, high hardness (3H alloy for short), good ductility, conductivity, thermal conductivity and other comprehensive properties. Then it is widely used in national defense industry, aerospace and civil industry (such as electrical industry, drilling industry, etc.), and high specific gravity tungsten alloy material has become a kind of military and civil alloy material.

Heavy Tungsten Alloy Balls Picture:
Tungsten alloy has a series of excellent properties, the specific gravity is significant: general specific gravity of 16.5-18.75g/cm3, high strength: tensile strength of 700-1000mpa, strong light absorption capacity: 30-40% higher than the specific capacity of lead, large thermal conductivity: 5 times of die steel; Low thermal expansion coefficient: only 1/2-1/3 of steel, good electrical conductivity; Good weldability and machinability.
Tungsten heavy alloys contain 90% to 98% tungsten, which is responsible for their high density (16.5 to 19.00 g/cc). Nickel, iron and/or copper are used as metal binder bases to hold fragile tungsten particles together, making tungsten alloys strong and easy to work with. Ferric nickel Nickel is the most commonly used additive with a ratio of 7Ni:3Fe or 8Ni:2Fe (by weight).
In view of the above excellent functions of high specific gravity alloy, it is widely used in aerospace, aviation, military, oil drilling, electrical instruments, medicine and other industries.
