Product Description
Tungsten Bullet Weights are heavy tungsten alloys because they weigh more than twice as much as steel. High specific gravity tungsten alloys are usually refractory metals containing W-Ni-Fe, W-Ni-Cu or even W-Ni-Cu-Fe complexes. Some tungsten alloys add rare earths and/or other metals, such as cobalt, molybdenum and chromium. Heavy tungsten alloys have a high melting point, are twice as dense as steel and more than 50 percent heavier than lead.

The heavy tungsten alloys are mainly divided into w-Ni-Fe, W-Ni-Cu and even W-Ni-Fe-Cu series. In contrast, W-Ni-Fe alloy has better mechanical properties and plays a great role in various fields of defense industry and national economy. It is a very important new military material in the national defense industry, and gradually extended to a variety of civilian industries.
Heavy tungsten alloys contain 90-98% tungsten, which accounts for their high density (16.5-19.00 g/CC). Nickel, iron and/or copper are used as metal adhesive substrates to bind fragile tungsten particles together, making tungsten alloys ductile and easy to work. Ferric nickel-nickel is the most commonly used additive with a ratio of 7Ni:3Fe or 8Ni :2Fe (by weight).
Tungsten alloy fishing sinker is a kind of fishing gear made of tungsten alloy material. Tungsten alloy fishing sinkers have high density, small size and different shapes, which are suitable for the selection of various river sections. Tungsten alloy fishing sinker has different advantages from other manufacturing materials.
