Invar 36, also known as FeNi36, is a nickel-iron, low-expansion alloy containing 36% nickel. It has a low coefficient of expansion from cryogenic temperatures to about 260°C. In the dry air at home temperature, invar 36 has good resistance to corrosion.Chemical Composition
