Product Description
Hastelloy Alloy G30 Rod / UNS N06030 / DIN W. Nr. 2.4603 ASTM B581 . Hastelloy G30 is a high chromium content nickel-based alloy. It has superior corrosion resistance to commercial phosphoric acid and many highly oxidizing acid media in mixed environments such as nitric acid/hydrochloric acid, nitric acid/hydrofluoric acid and sulfuric acid, compared to most other bases and iron-based alloys.
Hastelloy G30 alloy is mainly used for wet H3PO4 production and processing and HNO3 plus HF pickling equipment and parts. The alloy has good corrosion resistance, processing performance and high strength, so it is also an alternative structural steel for sour oil and gas wells.
Hastelloy G-30 sheet performs ASME SB 582/ASTM B 582 standard;
Bar performs ASME SB 581/ASTM B 581 standard.
