High Purity Grade 2 Titanium Tubes Description
High Purity Grade 2 Titanium Tubes are made of high-purity Grade 2 titanium materials through a series of mechanical processes such as high-temperature sintering, rolling forging, cutting and polishing. They have good ductility and formability, high tensile strength, good processing performance, high welding performance, excellent corrosion resistance, high availability, and long service life. High Purity Grade 2 Titanium Tubes are often used in pipelines for conveying corrosive media in the chemical industry and corrosion-resistant parts of heat exchangers, aircraft wings or engine parts, fluid medium conveying pipes in the oil and gas industry, cold-casting equipment for ship engineering, and medical industry (surgical implants and medical imaging equipment).
Features of High Purity Grade 2 Titanium Tubes
1. Lightweight: The density of Grade 2 titanium alloy is about 4.5g/cm³, which is about 40% lighter than steel, and has a good lightweight effect. In automobile manufacturing, secondary titanium is used to manufacture lightweight parts such as engine brackets, exhaust systems, etc. to reduce automobile weight, improve fuel economy and reduce environmental pollution.
