Tungsten Rhenium Sheet
Uses: Tungsten-rhenium alloy has good electrical properties, ductility and processability, and can be used for thermocouple temperature measurement in high temperature furnaces.
Applicable conditions: due to the excellent high temperature strength and high temperature plasticity of W-Re alloy, various structural parts, heaters and special-shaped parts made of W-Re alloy are widely used in aerospace, atomic energy, ultra-high temperature alloy, semiconductor magnetron sputtering, high temperature heat field and other industrial fields.
it is suitable for the temperature control system of energy, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry and scientific research departments. It is used for the connection between the cold end of the temperature measuring instrument and the temperature measuring instrument. The heat-resistant type adopts imported fluoroplastic insulation and sheath with excellent heat-resistant, waterproof, corrosion-resistant, acid-base resistant, chemical reagent resistant, wear-resistant, aging resistant and non combustion performance. The operating temperature is - 60-205 ℃

Rhenium is a rare metal element, located at the 75th position of the periodic table of elements, adjacent to tungsten (74). Rhenium is known for its melting point of 3180 ℃, which is the second refractory metal.
In the field of alloy, tungsten and molybdenum are the most combined metal elements with rhenium. Rhenium can improve the strength and plasticity of tungsten and molybdenum at the same time, which is called "rhenium effect". Adding a small amount of 3% ~ 5% rhenium can increase the recrystallization starting temperature of tungsten by 300 ℃ ~ 500 ℃, and improve its high temperature strength and plasticity.
